Same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before 2pm. Held-arrival scheduling is available at checkout up to 14 days in advance.
How to book ↓
Pick a product, choose a size and a vessel colour, then confirm your delivery slot. We hold the order until you receive a confirmation message.
Receiving & returning ↓
Bouquets are wrapped in cream paper inside a clear hydration sleeve. Reusable vessels can be returned via the same courier within 14 days.
Rescheduling & cancellation ↓
Reschedule free of charge up to 24h before your slot. Cancellations within 24h are credited at 50% to a future order.
Fitting & previews ↓
Event clients receive a styled preview shot 48h before the venue installation. Adjustments are included up to 24h before delivery.
Add-ons ↓
Hand-blown vases, candles, ribbons, and printed cards can be added to any order at checkout.
Late returns & damages ↓
- Late return of a vessel by 1–24h → 100% of the rental fee is retained.
- Vessels returned with damage requiring restoration → cost of restoration is deducted from the deposit.
- Lost packaging, hangers, suitcases → cost of replacement is deducted.
- Sub-letting a vessel to a third party → 200% of the rental fee is retained.
