1. Agreement

By accessing or using the GALARAY website ("Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

The Site is operated by GALARAY EVENTS L.L.C S.O.C, a Limited Liability Company (Single Owner) registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade License No. 1511246, TRN 105317036900003.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law to place an order.

4. Products

We take reasonable care to display our products accurately. However, because flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and availability may occur between what is shown online and what is delivered. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when a specific flower or variety is unavailable.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• An order confirmation email confirms receipt but not acceptance.
• Contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing error).

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Our TRN is 105317036900003.

We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later — 4 installments), and Tamara (Buy Now Pay Later). Payment is processed securely by our PCI-DSS certified providers.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, zones, rates, and time slots are described in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Since flowers are perishable products, our return and refund policy is specific. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, text, and floral designs — is the exclusive property of Galaray Events L.L.C S.O.C or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data without written permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Galaray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
